Commercial Insurance Account Manager Agency Story Libke Insurance is a P&C and health agency headquartered in beautiful Wenatchee, WA with multiple locations across Eastern WA and licensed in 8 states.
With over 105 years of serving families and businesses in Washington, this agency sticks out from the crowd! Libke Insurance is a vibrant agency that is very active in our communities and growing, and we have an opportunity for a new Account Manager.
The agency has designed a customer experience process that works, and we are looking for the right person to join the team! We work a 35 hour week and close at 2 pm every Friday to allow our team a jump start to the weekend! What We are Looking for We are looking for a commercial insurance service professional who is looking for an agency that will invest in them and their career.
In this role, we provide coaching, technology to support the customer experience, an agency-wide culture of excellence, access to top-tier markets, as well as a proven retention process.
Mission of the Role To serve the commercial lines business by maximizing the Libke Insurance client experience and applying these strategies daily working within our Agency values.
This includes building a strong rapport with clients and carriers, enthusiastically working as part of a team environment, and making sure we take the time to counsel each customer.
This role is the face of Libke Insurance to our customer base.
Here are some daily responsibilities 1.
Be proactive in working with clients 2.
Handle service requests as they arise 3.
Cross sell and account rounding 4.
Conduct annual renewal reviews 5.
