We are World Famous! Join us, you will love it here ! As Stemilt's Sales AR Claim Specialist, you are charged with assisting and supporting the sales staff with collecting payments, filing claims for reimbursement, and actively tracking account balances.
The Sales AR Claim Specialist works closely with a wide array of customers, developing and maintaining relationships as well as investigating and resolving any issues they might face with their invoices or payments.
This position supports four thousand Stemilters and it's required to deliver extraordinary customer service at all levels, in addition to accurate and timely credit and debit entry, keeping management informed by submitting activity and results reports, and providing other Departments with requested information as needed.
Attentional to detail and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, a must.
Additional Responsibilities Analyze customer's account receivable balances.
Work closely with Sales and A/R to maintain clean, collectable accounts receivable.
Work within customer portals Resolve unidentified payment deductions.
Collect data and submit claims.
Process debits and credits on customer accounts.
Correspond with Customer's Accounts Payable; send statements, past due and revised invoices.
Flag and report potential uncollectable items in advance Escalate files to Management, when needed.
Provide excellent customer service both internally and externally.
Sales support to include troubleshooting, invoice tracking and payment follow up.

Qualifications:
