Who are we looking for? Welch Comer Engineers seeks a full-time Project Manager for our growing Spokane office that will be a key leader in assisting with our Spokane and project and staff management, as well as client management and growth.

Experience:
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering WA PE or ability to obtain one within 18 months 5
years of Water/Wastewater utility design and construction experience with municipal clients 2
years demonstrated ability to effectively manage staff, projects and clients Exceptional computer skills including, MS Office Suite, AutoCAD Civil 3D and WaterCAD Self-motivated, client service oriented with the ability to both work on and lead challenging water/wastewater projects.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
