We serve various facilities in the area providing Psychiatric and Behavioral Support for residential homes with patients that exhibit difficult behaviors.
The right person would be responsible for building rapport with the clients and facility staff, identifying positive goals where appropriate, and educating or training staff as needed for how to best manage behaviors.
Required Skills Ability to define and provide input for client behavioral assessments Familiar with mental health behaviors and effective interventions Experience bridging the communication gap to help clients and staff assess needs Teamwork Professionalism Flexible and adaptable Ability to build rapport Compassionate Reliable and dependable Creative and open to seeing different points of view Excellent communication skills Organized and detail oriented Technically savvy and able to learn new tools Pass criminal background check Valid drivers license Physical requirements may include ability to lift up to 20 pounds and be able to walk with clients or react if a client escalates, walk up and down stairs, in and out of facilities and meet the physical requirements of the job Candidates must adhere to Washington State requirements and mandates as they pertain to Healthcare Must meet state requirements for Covid19 vaccination requirements Education & Experience Master's degree or Bachelors Degree in Psychology or Social Work 2
years experience working in the Geriatric Mental Health or Psychiatric field required 2
years experience with crisis intervention preferred We collaborate with a local company providing services.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
