SALARY RANGE The starting salary range for this position is $24.
80 - $31.
01 per hour (based on qualifications).
With tenure and strong performance in this role an employee may earn up to a maximum of $37.
41 per hour.
Introductory Period:
New employees holding regular positions must complete an introductory period of twelve months.

JOB POSTING Administrative Training Assistant Join our team at Chelan County Public Utility District.
As one of the largest hydroelectric generating utilities in the Northwest, our mission at Chelan PUD is to improve the quality of life for the thousands of people who call our pristine desert and mountain community home.
Overview Provide administrative, procurement, and compliance support service for the Transmission & Compliance Division (T&C).
Perform general administrative duties such as workflow management, preparing documents and reports, maintaining training and equipment records.
Using exceptional organizational skills and strong technical skills, organize, manage, and maintain multiple information and document management systems and processes.
Develop and maintain web pages and provide training program support including compliance documentation and evidence.
Identify opportunities to streamline how information comes in and goes out of the department with a focus on providing outstanding and efficient customer service.
Also performs activities such as scheduling training, support resolution processing, meeting minutes, travel authorizations, and assists with the service request intake process.
Leads administrative process improvements and projects for the department.
Responsibilities Perform support activities for Transmission & Compliance including:
purchase requisitions, reconciliations, tracking, and receiving; workflow management; responding to requests for data and reporting; filing system maintenance and asset documentation; internal and external mail processing; office supply management; answer and direct phone calls; meeting scheduling and coordination; travel authorization and coordination; expense reports.
Support System Operator development and training by planning and coordinating upcoming training activities, maintaining accurate employee training data, tracking and monitoring employee training, preparing monthly training reports, and assisting with development and tracking of System Operator trainee development in accordance with applicable District and regulatory standards.
Designated as the process owner for System Operations procedure updates and maintenance.
Maintains reliability training task list(s) and the District's training provider account with NERC.
Assists the NERC training standard owner with maintaining compliance with NERC training standards by assisting with the development of controls, processes, and keeping the standard owner informed of upcoming changes to the standard(s).
Coordinate requests to visit the System Operations Center for internal and external customers.
Work closely with PCS and legal to ensure that contracts and District guidelines are being followed.
Process and maintain records of change orders and bidding contracts.
Input and verify accuracy for tracking payments of milestones and other contract changes.
Provide backup support in the maintenance of the NERC Reliability compliance department's documentation and evidence in accordance with established procedures for all District Standard Owners.
Assist with preparation and delivery of evidence prior to NERC audit team being on site.
Assist and coordinate NERC Reliability reporting for audits, self-reports, mitigation plans, mitigation completion, self-certifications, etc.
Develop and maintain web pages, track and respond to inquiries from web site, work with internal staff to populate web pages with current data.
Maintain Reliability Coordinator access including certificate management.
E-ISAC Designated Approving Official (DAO).
Prepare and distribute department correspondence and reports in an accurate and timely manner.
Prepare and edit resolutions and other documents for electronic submission to the Board, this includes developing PowerPoint presentations.
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, handouts, and other materials.
Maintain regular and predictable attendance:
Perform related duties and responsibilities as required.
Comply with District policies.
Complete all required training.
Maintain a working knowledge and comply with District safety procedures and specific safety requirements of this position, and those in accordance with applicable provisions of the Revised Code of Washington (RCW) and Washington Administrative Code (WAC).

Associate Degree or technical training related to business curriculum or office administration; or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Experience 3
years of progressively responsible administrative experience or related professional experience is required.
Experience supporting the transition to a paperless work environment through the use of tools available in Microsoft 365 (or similar) preferred.
Experience managing electronic records preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
