Visually monitor fruit and pull cherry samples from packing line and packaging containers.
Test fruit and quality.
Record test results in spreadsheets.
Prepare records responsibly for accuracy of support documents, testing records, and corresponding data.
Qualifications Willing to work at multiple locations based on department needs May work in hot/cold, dry/wet environment Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs Must be flexible with working schedule Must have the ability to perform basic math functions Must have the ability to read and write English Must have excellent communication skills Must be able to stand for long periods of time Must have basic computer skills Responsibilities Hours & Work Days:

00 pm, Monday - Sunday; May vary depending on production
Essential Functions:
Requires Hand and finger mobility for data entry and basic computer and math skills Must be able to read, write and speak clearly in the English language, Spanish a plus but not required Ability to follow instructions (written and verbal) Ability to lift 3 pounds of fruit at a time Will take fruit samples and evaluate them for defects.
Reaching and bending to access fruit Will be checking boxes of fruit in various packages.
Additional duties may be assigned based on department need and willing to work at multiple locations on property.
Must be able to maintain a good attendance record required by designated assigned shift supervisors Must abide by company personnel, SQF and safety policies.
Requires weekend work; days off rotate Skills and Experience Requirements:
Good sense of responsibility and ownership for one's duties Punctuality; good attendance, ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with lots of multi-tasking Effective use of company time, seek out duties to ensure you, and those in your area, are consistently productive Must have the ability to work as a team, cooperate with fellow workers and follow direction of supervisors.
Must be a team player and work well with growers, coworkers and vendors Physical Requirements:
Must have ability to lift up to a 50-pound box waist high Ability to stand for long periods of time required Ability to work in any type of outside weather conditions or inside environments, may work in hot/cold, dry/wet environment.
Must be able to work in a physically demanding position - bend, kneel, twist, stoop, squat, stand, walk, reach above shoulders repeatedly the majority of the work day.
Must be able to work in environment that has small amounts of dust, fumes and chemicals in the air.
The incumbent is required to stand and walk around work sites, and it is felt that the job responsibilities could not be met by people with severe restriction to their mobility.
Moreover, given the accent on the communication process, it is felt that it would be extremely difficult to meet the job requirements with severe limitations in eyesight, hearing or speech.
