SALARY RANGE The starting salary range for this position is $84,240 - $105,300 (based on qualifications).
With tenure and strong performance in this role an employee may earn up to a maximum of $126,360, annualized.
Introductory Period:
New employees holding regular positions must complete an introductory period of twelve months.

JOB POSTING Manager - Office Services Join our team at Chelan County Public Utility District.
As one of the largest hydroelectric generating utilities in the Northwest, our mission at Chelan PUD is to improve the quality of life for the thousands of people who call our pristine desert and mountain community home.
Overview Plans and manages the District's creative, technical and skilled administrative staff which supports all business units.
Acts as a key partner to provide emergent or planned additional staffing to support the timely fulfillment of business goals and objectives.
Provides support to the District's leadership team and business operations by providing a wide variety of support services such as graphic and creative design, enterprise print and mail services, public information response, and internet web and SharePoint support, office supplies and equipment switchboard operations, through a team of Microsoft certified support specialists.
Delivers high-quality cost-effective services and achieves internal and external customer satisfaction while operating in support of the District's mission, values, and strategic objectives.
Responsibilities Aligns resources to support the District objectives and the achievement of the department's strategies, practices and processes to empower and support the delivery of those goals.
Manages creative support services and programs using best practices with a focus on the customer facing products delivery stream.
Owns and ensures a customer service framework, philosophy.
Oversees the day-to-day operations and the Office Services operating budget.
Manages employees and responsible for works plans for the department's many aligned functions, including career development and performance evaluations.
Collaboratively works with Human Resources in hiring skilled and valuable resources for the District.
Manages contract office supply and print production processes, key District support contracts and is responsible for budgetary development, oversight and compliance.
Conducts analysis and benchmarking, research, and cost reduction planning to facilitate the support of District operating plans.
Analyzes, implements, and audits contracts.
Develops and executes plans to ensure the ongoing reliability and availability of office services assets and equipment.
Identify areas for process improvement and participate in efforts to streamline and automate manual processes using available technology tools.
Leads the department in embracing technology changes and associated skill development.
Work with operational departments to identify opportunities for improving onboarding and training of District administrative personnel in District processes and technologies.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
