Direct Hire position $115,000.
00 to $140,000.
00 /annually First Shift (Monday through Friday) Determine and define project scope and objectives Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of project and arranges for recruitment or assignment of project personnel Confers with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicated expected deliverables Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed Project Manager (civil construction projects)
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field 6-10 Years of project management and related experience Project Management Professional (PMP) certificated preferred Familiarity with HCSS or similar PM software to track projects Experience seeing project through the full life cycle Strong communication skills Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment Please apply to ad directly and/or send resume to tara.
